We ALL LOVE OUR DANA!! she is become my dear friend, is Aunt Dana to my four-legged babies and is a ture blessing and God sent from the moment she walked into our lives.
I trust her in my home but most importantly I trust her with the lives of my four-legged family; she is loving, caring, giving, patient, kind, sincere, funny, and always goes the extra steps.
I can always count on Dana....about seven months ago my precious Snickers left this life it was tragic and unexpected I called Dana, she and her wonderful husband Scott were there for Snickers, the other babies and me. I don't know what I would have done without their love and support they will always have a special place in our hearts.

We have always been happy with the service that has been provided. We have not been let down nor disappointed. They always go above and beyond and have attention to detail. We love Personal Pet Pal. They do an outstanding job. Never have a concern when we go away. 1 email to get on the schedule and we are all set. Our 4 cats love the attention, and treats, haha plus our bird and fish tank. We are happy we found them 3 years ago. You are number 1 in our book already!

When my wife had to go out of town we had no idea what to do with Specks our pup. We called around to inquire about pet sitting never had to do so before. Once we talked to Dana and she came to our house we know we had the right person. Boy did she love our dog and Specks took to her too. That was all we needed to know we called the right person. To this day we use her often and know that Specks is not only in great care but our house as well. She gives us so much detail in the notes she leaves, we have 150% confidence leaving and enjoying our trips.

We never hired a pet sitter before, so we asked out vet. Dana with Personal Pet Pal came highly recommended, and after using the service we know why! They did a great job with Tobey and Scarlett, left notes as what transpired, brought in packages and mail, watered our garden and flowers, as if we were home. We have to love a service that goes above and beyond, which we found and will never go anywhere else. You can trust your pets and home with them!

Our vet , Brighton Animal Hospital recommended Dana & Personal Pet Pal and all we can say is WOW!!

At 10PM the night before my 7AM flight my best friend Spike was bitten by the neighbor's dog! I called Dana and she reassured me that she would watch the wound for signs of infection and check on Spike to make sure it wasn't anything more serious. With her background as a vet tech I felt confident flying the next morning, and she called me twice a day to reassure me that the wound was healing just fine.
I won't trust my pets with anyone but Personal Pet Pal!

dana is the most loving mommie to our pets when we need her. they even know what i am talking about when i say dana is coming. she keeps a log of each visit on each one of our pets, she has to medicate my dog with coushings, i feel very confident on my pets care while we are away. we love you dana

Dana sure helped us out while on vacation we had a family emergency we were stuck at our destination. She continued our pet sit without any questions or concerns. We were delayed for 5 extra days. It was such a relief to know that was not an issue for her and that it would be business as normal. We are forever grateful for that! We have been using her for over about 3 years now and she never disappointed us or our babies! Yes, they love her too after all she IS family to all of us. Btw, congrats on the nomination.

Dana and Personal Pet Pal is the greatest! We could not be more satisfied with the service we receive! Our 4 cats are at ease when we return home as if we never left. We think she might just spoil them a bit! Which is fine with us & our babies. Sims, Miss KItty, Gizmo and Prissy all love when she comes. After all she brings us toys so what is not to love?
While on a vacation we also are very comforted that our house is taken care of too. Make a phone call to be put on the schedule and done. Boda-bing-boda-boom! Done! The past 4 years have been simply easy with Personal Pet Pal LLC. We all recommend this service.

My wife and I had never hired a pet sitter before as we were a little nervous handing over the keys to our home. As well as having someone that Zoie did not know to take care of her, how would Zoie react was our main concern. During our first meeting all concerns were put to rest and Zoie took to Dana immediately. After talking with her, answering many questions about Zoie and our home we were at peace and without a concern that all would be fine, and it was! Since then we have hired her several times over and will continue to do so.

Dana is a LIFESAVER! My husband and I are young, working professionals with very hectic and sometimes unpredictable schedules. Dana is not only extremely flexible with our schedules, but she is available on a moments notice. Most recently I was stranded in DC while my dog was home alone. I called Dana at 8 PM that night to see if she could check on my dog, and sure enough she went to our home to make sure our little girl was ok. Another example of her extra effort was while we were on vacation our freezer stopped working. She moved all the food to our other fridge and cleaned up the mess. It was so nice to not come home to a disaster.
I don't know what we would do without Dana! She is truly the best!

Our 4 cats as well as our salt water fish tank have always been well taken care of with Personal Pet Pal LLC
We have absolute 100% worry free vacations while gone. We know that everything will be taken care of, tended to our instructions as the cats are fun, but the challenge is our 100 gallon salt water tank. Dana is a stickler for detail and it shows. During our first meeting (over 2 years ago) we thought we were prepared with our list but she blew us away with all the detailed questions she asked, putting our *list* to shame *ha* Right then and there we knew we had our forever petsitter. Dana has been our dog walker for over 3 years, she has never missed a day from being ill, heck even when she had an air cast from a sprained ankle she STILL came everyday! If that is not dedication and devotion we do not know what is. She is flexible, dependable and truly truly loves our "Frankie" the very happy, hyper black lab. It is nice to come home to a content pup.

It is so great to not have an ounce of worry while we are at work, knowing that Dana will take care of Daisy & Emma. They both look forward to playing ball and walks each day.
Also going on vacation is a breeze now. Not a worry in the world that our furkiddos are well, well take care of along with our home. She brings in the mail, takes the trash out/in, turn on/off lights and blinds, just as if we were home, not laying on the beach somewhere or skiing on the slopes! *haha* We are beyond lucky to have Personal Pet Pal as both our dog sitter and friend!

My cat, Cooper is normally a pretty shy and timid cat. First time meeting Dana, she had a laser pointer and I thought she was nuts, no way was he going to play with it. Boy, was I wrong!! He went nuts over it and her.

I am very pleased with the care that Dana provides to my 2 cats while we are away. When I moved to Michigan I was extremely apprehensive about finding a pet sitter, but she made the transition so easy. I know that I can always count on her and I'm very happy with her service. I am very happy I found Dana and Personal Pet Pal! At first we only planned to use her once because none of our friends could keep an eye on our cats, but now we use her all the time. After meeting her I felt really comfortable and knew that our animals were in good hands while we were away. Personal Pet Pal, LLC and Dana are truly a pet owners dream. I know that when I hire Dana, that not only will the job get done, it will be done on time, with great care and a with lot of love for my pets. We have three cats, and each time we return from a trip, our babies are way, way less stressed than they normally would be. It's almost like they didn't know we were gone :-) I love the calendar diary she leaves to document what was done, who was active, who ate and how much, etc.... We have been using Dana (Personal Pet Pal) for several years now and could not be more thrilled with the service, care, her concerns for Mindy and our home.
Dana has gone ABOVE and BEYOND what we expected and Mindy LOVES her! While we are packing for a trip all we have to say to Mindy is "Dana will be here!" and she will run and get her Frisbee keeping with her. I am sure she greets Dana at the door with her beloved Frisbee!
We know both Mindy and our home are in the best care and it is a huge relief not to have to worry about Mindy and our home while we are gone, as we can truly enjoy our vacations.
